To receive and respond to offers of aid and enquiries coming into HAAD through its growing network of aid sector and non-aid sector entities
What will you be doing?
Hope and Aid Direct (HaAD) is entirely run by volunteers, and our primary purpose is to obtain and deliver humanitarian aid for distribution to those most in need.
HaAD has built a good reputation, by word of mouth, through past and present volunteers, through media outlets, and through its growing network of aid sector and non-aid sector entities. Offers of help come through all these media, as do enquiries of every nature, and this role is to receive and respond to or properly attribute these offers and enquiries to ensure appropriate and effective follow-up.

- To manage relationship with donors
- To receive and proactively respond to all enquiries and offers from all quarters
- To record all such enquiries and offers appropriately
- To quickly prioritise and either follow up or attribute to the right persons,
- and to monitor and chase all follow-ups through to completion
What are we looking for?
- Experience of relationship management, sales management or fundraising
- Good Communication and people skills
- An opportunistic attitude, and enthusiasm for the work of HaAD
- At least basic knowledge of HaAD operations and other personnel and the humanitarian aid sector in general
- PC and internet, and IT Literacy in Word and Excel.
