This role will ensure that volunteers are actively engaged, and their efforts aligned with the charity’s mission and objectives. The role involves close liaison as part of the Core Team to identify the charity’s volunteer needs and fill roles effectively. A major part of the role is to encourage volunteer involvement in all aspects of running the charity, as well as things such as fundraising events, and the more operational tasks such as sourcing, sorting and loading the trucks.

This position requires excellent communication and people skills, a proactive approach to solving challenges, a desire to be fully engaged, and a passion for the work of Hope and Aid Direct.
