Possibilities open for aid to be supplied to Gaza.

As we have all seen recently there is widespread need for humanitarian support and medical aid in this region.

As a charity we do not historically work directly in this part of the world so do not have direct contacts on the ground, but we are continually explore all options in the hope that we can provide humanitarian assistance shortly.

There are however, charities and individuals with whom we have worked with in the past (Ukraine and the Greek Islands) who are present on the ground in that region.  We are assessing what we can do within the confines of these partnerships, to provide much needed aid urgently.

In addition to these partnerships, we have been and remain in contact with several international organisations working in the region with regards to bulk aid that we have access to, to see if this can be supplied to them.

As we are now in a better position to provide aid, we have initiated a campaign.  If you wish to help Hope and Aid Direct to support victims of this humanitarian crisis then please visit our campaign page where you will find an option for your donation to be used for this purpose; we will ensure it gets to the right place via a partner organisation.
