Corporate Support

If you are a corporation looking to enhance your corporate social responsibility and social impact, we’d love to have you onboard.

Through corporate partnerships, we are able to distribute crucial humanitarian aid on a much larger scale.
Our continued need for various types of aid means you can deal with branding changes, slight imperfections, damaged packaging or market changes sustainably, knowing it will assist those in greater need.

We seek to establish new relationships with companies and corporations, willing to donate goods and / or support our ongoing work through other means.

Premier Inn donating matresses

In partnership with Hope and Aid Direct and Ukraine on Palms

Premier Inn is donating matresses to help the humanitarian effort in Ukraine.

Hope & Aid Direct (HaAD) are committed to working with corporate partners to provide financial savings to these companies by minimising forthcoming UK legislative landfill charges and Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), potential logistical costs and at the same time help support a company’s environmental, sustainability and social goals.

This can be achieved by diverting their potential useful landfill waste and donating it through HaAD’s logistical network to provide humanitarian aid for the relief of poverty and for the improvement of conditions of life to people who need it most.

If you have surplus stock in any bulk (from half a pallet upwards), please get in touch with our team via enquiries@hopeandaiddirect.org.uk or by calling 0300 102 4673. See our general needs list here
For bulk offers of shorter dated items please contact us immediately, as we may be able to help.

Financial Support

We always need funding for our ongoing and new projects, including the purchase of food and underwear.

A major challenge is covering the significant transportation costs to deliver aid across the continent. Can your business provide financial support? If so, please contact us via enquiries@hopeandaiddirect.org.uk

You can also help by funding specific tasks, which can enhance your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) while supporting a small charity like ours.

WAREHOUSING Support

We face ongoing challenges with warehouse space for storing aid and ensuring quick dispatch for convoys.

We would greatly appreciate any additional space, ideally where current owners can receive goods on our behalf. While we’re considering all areas in the UK, our greatest need is outside the M25 and London low emissions zone, ideally within 20 miles of Ingatestone, Essex. Alternatively, funding for additional warehouse space would be helpful.

Landlords are entitled to receive an immediate 80% reduction in commercial rates when the premises are used by a charity, and the local council may be able to top up the discount; this is called ‘discretionary relief’

Logistics Support

Depending on the destination, getting a large articulated truck to our projects in Europe is very costly.

We require between £3,500 and £4,000 to make this happen. You can help by sponsoring a truck.

In return, we can enhance your brand awareness and credibility through our online channels such as newsletters, social media platforms and our homepage latest updates, seen by tens of thousand of people, as we include our amazing corporate donors in our communication.

Employer Supported Volunteering

Many companies offer employees paid time off to volunteer during work hours, a practice known as Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) or Corporate Volunteering. This allows staff to dedicate their time to community organizations or projects aligned with their company’s values.

Drop-Off points

Become a drop-off point. We are always seeking to establish new locations where aid can be dropped off, ready for our collection.
